Dry Spray Paint Booth
Dry Spray Paint Booth is currently recognized as one of the spray booths with relatively complete technology. Water Curtain Spray Paint Booth

Airless Painting Machine
The high-pressure Airless Painting Machine uses a high-pressure piston pump to pressurize and deliver the paint to the spray gun by a high-pressure hose. The pressure is released through the nozzle to form atomization, thereby creating a dense surface coating on the wall surface. After testing, airless spray paint transfer efficiency is up to 78%. Compared with traditional air spray, the paint saves rate is as high as 37%.
Sand Blasting and Painting Lines
In addition, we have many Sand Blasting and Painting Lines. The equipment is a high-efficiency continuous working production line. A complete blasting and painting line consists of a shot blasting machine, painting room, drying room, overhead conveyor chain system, and electric control system.
The workpiece comes into a shot blasting chamber and accepts shot blasting from different turbines. It can clean rust and oxide layers quickly. During the shot blasting, the screw conveyor collects the mixture of steel shots and dust to a bucket elevator and then a separator for recycling. A pulse jet dust collector filters the dust produced by the blast and then discharges qualified air into the high sky.
After shot blasting, the shot blasting cleaning system, including a scrapper, roller brush, and high-pressure air fan, cleans the steel shots on the top surface of the steel plate. Then the workpiece comes into the painting spray booth for painting and coating. The post-dryer unit dries the paint layer produced in the paint booth in line. The final drying process uses waste heat energy from the pre-heater to reduce energy costs. After painting, the workpiece comes into the drying booth for drying. After dying, the workpiece enters the out-feeding roller conveyor. We engineer the entire line around the parts’ specific application, size, and geometry.
