Signed in March 2024 and meticulously manufactured over five months, the ATHI automatic molding line was successfully shipped in August 2024. Before shipment, ATHI completed all installation and commissioning tasks in the workshop. Additionally, We provided detailed installation manuals and intuitive instructional videos to ensure seamless operation for the client. These preparations enabled the client to conduct pre-assembly, reducing on-site installation time by approximately 35%. Our engineering team subsequently completed the final commissioning within an exceptional 20-day timeframe, ensuring rapid production readiness. This project highlights ATHI’s proven expertise in delivering complex industrial solutions.

The molding line spans 70m (L) × 20m (W) × 6m (H) and integrates advanced automation for high-efficiency foundry operations. Key components include:
