Combined with the client’s situation and casting parameters, our professional engineers chose the QAT37 Series Hanger Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine as the cleaning equipment. Hanger Hook Type Shot blasting Blast Machine is among the most flexible types of blasting equipment. The hook can realize forward and reverse rotation to ensure the cleaning effect. The machine does not take up a lot of space. Typically, you can use hanger-type blast machines for batch or continuous processing.
We recommend the client adopt the Y-track blast designs. The overhead rail sandblasting machine door opens automatically, and workers load components onto the trolley-mounted hanger. The entry then closes, and the blast wheel unit operates. The hanger rotates in both clockwise & Anti-clockwise directions for a definite period and blasts clean the parts. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheel shuts off, and the door opens automatically. The hanger moves out to unload the assembly. At the same time, another hanger on the Y-track moves in for blasting purposes.
Because casting shot blasting will generate more dust, we have equipped the shot blasting machine with a double dust removal system, which can achieve the best effect and the purpose of environmental protection.
