The production efficiency is no less than 20 molds/hour. Z146W models are usually for castings of various mechanical components. We didn’t recommend the Automatic Flaskless Molding Machine because the price is higher than Jolt Squeeze Molding Machine.
Z146 Jolt Squeeze Molding Machine is suitable for mass production of single molding plates or single molding boxes of medium and small-sized castings, which can produce cope or drag. The micro-vibration compaction process can significantly improve compaction strength and surface roughness to stabilize product quality. The hardness of sand molding can reach above HB90.
