On August 18-20, 2023, Qingdao Antai Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the 2023 5th Qingdao International Industrial Exposition and 2023 the 5th Shandong International Foundry Industry Exhibition with the theme of “Green Industry and Intelligent Future”, organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation(CMIF) and Shandong Foundry Association, and organized by Shandong Xinchenghua Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Chengzhi (Jinan) Technology Innovation and Development Co., Ltd. This is the fifth consecutive time that Antai Heavy Industries has participated in this exhibition.
This exhibition focuses on digitization, intelligence, and greenery, showcasing various new casting technologies, processes, and materials products under transformation and upgrading, deepening the expansion and extension of the upstream and downstream industries, and building a new platform for communication and exchange for business cooperation among enterprises, helping to achieve the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goal.

Qingdao Antai adheres to the design concept of intelligent manufacturing, green development, environmental protection and low-carbon, and presents the new QAT485 continuous overhead monorail conveyor shot blasting machine at this exhibition.
This shot blasting machine adopts a dual working station design, each working station is equipped with two 15Kw high-efficiency blasting turbine, and the size of the processed workpiece is: 1.5m*1m(Diameter*Height).
The equipment adopts a pneumatic door, which is internally protected by polyurethane plates. The door is equipped with a widened waste tank to effectively recycle steel shots and prevent them from overflowing.
The interior of the blasting chamber is protected by rolled Mn13 steel plates, with a life service of up to 13000 hours. The bottom protective plate is made of Cr20 precision casting protective plates, which are more sturdy and durable. The ventilation port adopts a labyrinth structure to effectively prevent the overflow of steel shots. The equipment is equipped with a backpack type settling chamber to balance the air pressure inside the chamber and prevent the suction of small steel shots.
In addition, Qingdao Antai also exhibited the DHM-S-7.5 vacuum sand suction machine at this exhibition, which is mainly used for the recovery and dust collecting of bulk particle materials. The filter cartridge is filtered and cleaned through pulse jet blowing for dust collecting. The filter cartridge dust collector is equipped with a top cover and is fixed with bolts, which is easy to maintain and durable.
