The client is looking for a Manufacturer of the Big and Small Paint Lines for the New Tractor Plant. The paintings and the processes for tractor surface coating use advanced technologies capable of producing durable surfaces, high-quality appearance, maximizing efficiency, and meeting environmental regulations.
Here are some other requirements:
- Pretreatment: Remove and clean excess metal. Form an appropriate surface structure, enabling a corrosion protection layer bonding.
- A primer promotes adhesion between the surface and the basecoat; it imparts a smoother surface for subsequent layers and has anti-chipping properties.
- The topcoats that include a basecoat and clearcoat are applied; they provide surface properties, including color, appearance, gloss, smoothness, and weather resistance.
