ATHI designed and produced several Hanging Shot Blasting Machines for China Railway.
The purpose of this project is to clean the heterosexual castings， which weigh 220 kg and is hard to roll over and clean. Therefore, ATHI recommended types of hanging shot blasting machines for customers, and designed treatments for mixed loads of medium or large work pieces.
Our client attaches importance to work efficiency, expects to achieve fully automated production and cleaning, and completes the upgrade of the digital industry. That is why ATHI equipped the shot blasting machine with the robotic arm to automatically transport castings to its production line. This portfolio greatly improves work efficiency and reduces labour costs.

Machine Advantage:
- This series has three types: continuous type, stepping type, and power and free overhead conveyor type.
- For workpiece cleaning, move the workpiece to the center of the cleaning room through the hook (the lifting weight of a single hook is 50-2000kg), and clean it while rotating. The degree of automation is high, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
- The workpiece stops in the upper unloading and shot blasting areas, respectively, to realize the fixed-point loading and unloading and shot blasting processes. It has the characteristics of high production efficiency and reliable operation.
