ATHI Automatic surface finishing line:

The equipment is a high-efficiency production line with continuous operation. The rust treatment component (shot blast cleaning) uses a high-quality blast wheel. The components will be transferred to the shot blasting chamber, where they will be treated to shot blasting from several blasting turbines, resulting in the rapid removal of rust and oxide layers.

During blasting, a screw conveyor will transport a mixture of Steel Shots and dust to a bucket elevator and subsequently a separator for recycling. The dust generated by blasting will be filtered by a pulse jet dust collector, releasing clean air into the upper. After shot blasting, the scrapper, roller brush, and high-pressure air fan will scrape the steel shots from the top surface of the steel plate to ensure that no steel shots remain. The sweeper utilizes a high-strength nylon roller brush and a high-pressure ventilator.

The steel plate will next be transported to the spray booth for painting. After painting, the steel plate will be carried to the drying booth. The preheating and drying phase may use a variety of heating techniques. The paint spraying portion may also apply airless spraying or other techniques. After drying, the steel plate will be sent to the grinding room for fine-tuning.
