According to the customer requirements, the ATHI engineer recommended this Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine for business. This shot blasting machine is specially designed for steel plates, various section steel/profiles, steel pipes, and steel frames.
These workpieces pass continuously through the feed chamber, the blasting chamber, and the cleaning chamber on a special roller conveyor plate. Multiple turbine wheels clean from opposing directions providing optimum blast cleaning coverage， adding the roller brush or high-pressure air blow-off to minimize abrasive media carryover. At the same time, safe interlocking in abrasives feeding device, blasting device, and maintenance device promises safe and reliable operation.
The shot blasting machine includes photoelectric detection with multiple functions of the width measurement, height measurement, displacement measurement, and a programmable automation controller.
