ATHI Technical Solution:
The Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine has an opening size of 1800*2400mm and front and rear conveyor roller lengths of 12000mm. It can clean workpieces up to 12000*1500*2000mm in size. With 10 powerful 11KW shot blasters, it operates at a speed of 0.8 to 1.5m/min, with adjustable speed control. The electrical control system, using Omron components, offers both automatic frequency control and manual control options.
Manufactured to ATHI’s high corporate standards, which exceed national and international norms, the machine maintains a noise level of ≤90db (meeting the GBJ87-85 standard) and exhaust emissions of ≤85mg/m³ (complying with the GBJ4-73 standard).
