ATHI successfully implemented customized surface solutions for Sany Heavy Industry’s new factory in Huzhou, China. This factory, dedicated to producing large loaders, is a recent addition to Sany Group’s operations. ATHI has been a trusted partner of Sany for a long time.
In this project, ATHI provided a Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine for preparing steel profiles before painting. The machine can clean steel profiles up to 3 meters wide. Additionally, a Hook-Type Shot Blasting Machine was installed for pre-painting treatment, followed by a Sandblasting Room for touch-ups and cleaning of intricate components.
ATHI also supplied an efficient Q3210-Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine for cleaning and strengthening small parts. This machine comes with a powerful pulse dust collector to improve dust removal efficiency.
Furthermore, ATHI and Sany Group have agreed to collaborate on their branch factory in Indonesia, where ATHI equipment will soon be put into operation.
