In April 2024, the latest casting production line from ATHI completed its pre-assembly and testing in the workshop and is now ready to be disassembled and shipped to the customer’s site. Through doing the initial setup and testing in the workshop, we can save time and money for the customer during the final installation on-site while ensuring the equipment’s stability.
This production line is designed for making small agricultural machinery parts and can produce up to 120 boxes per hour. It features a cutting-edge horizontal molding system with sand molds measuring 600 x 700mm.
The line includes an automatic molding machine, a flask press with an ironing manipulator, a sand mold conveying system, and hydraulic and electrical control systems. The hydraulic-driven components offer greater stability and efficiency compared to traditional pneumatic systems. With a user-friendly touch-controlled electrical system and the ATHI cloud application, operators can easily monitor and manage the production process.
