Project Introduction:
Recently, ATHI completed the installation and commissioning of their green sand reclamation line in Russia. This state-of-the-art production line boasts an impressive capacity of reclaiming 20 tons of clay sand per hour. It is equipped with six Z145W micro-vibration compaction molding machines and a comprehensive sand mold transportation system.
Our Advantages :
- Sandbox Dimensions: The production line includes a total of 110 sets of sandboxes, measuring 500*400*200mm each. This diverse range of sandboxes allows for efficient accommodation of various casting requirements.
- Sand Reclamation System: The green sand reclamation system of the production line has a total power capacity of 187 kW, while the molding system requires 14.5 kW. These high-performance systems significantly enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Pouring and Cooling Stations: The production line features 28 pouring stations and 54 cooling stations, enabling simultaneous production of multiple castings.
- Sand Mold Transportation Mechanism: The sand mold transportation system comprises 3 variable-frequency transfer cars with a power capacity of 9 kW, 8 push-pull devices, and 105 flatbed trolleys. These robust and versatile equipment components ensure swift and accurate transportation of sand molds, optimizing overall production efficiency.
- Electrical Control System: The electrical control system utilizes original imported components from Omron, a renowned brand. It is fully customized to meet the specific requirements of customers, ensuring maximum stability and reliability.
