• The external/outer pipe shot blasting machine has a good effect on de-rusting and reaches the national standard of SA2-SA3 in SR/TQ414-98. It can improve the tensile and compressive resistance of the pipe surface and possess a reliable depth of abrasion pattern to get strong adhesion of the coating on the pipe with a satisfying result of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation. Meanwhile, the de-rusting speed can be adjusted as 1-6m/min according to different types.

Advantages of Steel Pipe External Shot Blasting Machine:

• Steel pipes with diameters ranging from φ50 to φ600mm are transported by “V” -shaped rollers at a certain angle to the centerline of the steel pipe so that the steel pipe can be advanced and rotated.
• The supporting wheels drive steel pipes with a diameter ranging from φ159 to φ. The spacing between the supporting wheels is adjustable, which realizes an extensive diameter range of the steel pipe and adjustable walking speed and rotation speed: the shot blasting device is arranged by the bottom blasting type, high cleaning efficiency, and sound effect.
• Abrasive circulation purification system adopts overflow induction type controllable BE type full curtain multi-stage air separator and a special elevator conveyor belt of polyester wire core, which realizes the separation and recycling of the abrasives.
• The shot blasting chamber is equipped with multi-layer sealing rubber curtains that can adapt to different pipe diameters. The dust collecting system adopts a pulse bag blow filter cartridge dust collector, good dust collecting effect, and long service life.

Advantages of Steel Pipe Internal Shot Blasting Machine:

• Adopt a parallel mechanism of workpiece rotation and lateral movement support.
• A sandblasting peening machine processes steel pipes with a diameter of ≤400mm.
• Steel pipes with a diameter of ≥400mm are processed by shot blasting, and a particular blast wheel for the internal steel pipe (driven by a hydraulic motor, a long arm shot blasting rod to transport abrasives) is used to realize the self-adapting of support position of the shot blaster and self-adjusting of blasting place.
• Three-level dust collecting system has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, online blowback, and a good cleaning effect.
