Customer Requirements
The client is an aluminum alloy factory located in Vietnam. The factory mainly cleans five kinds of aluminum alloy workpieces. The production volume of each workpiece is 250,000 pieces/year, and the total production volume is 1.25 million/year. The shot blasting machine should meet the cleaning requirements of large batches.
We can design and manufacture Shot Blasting Machine according to the customer’s requirements.

ATHI solution
First, we consider catenary shot blasting machines. After detailed calculations, we found that it could not achieve the desired output. Workers work eight hours a day, 300 days a year. They need to clean 4166 pieces every day and 520 pieces in one hour to accomplish this cleaning efficiency.
Then, engineers provide technical solutions and 3D drawings according to customers’ specific requirements and factory information. Our professional engineers chose the QWD1000 Wire-mesh Type Shot Blasting Machine as the cleaning equipment. It is especially suitable for the surface preparation of fragile, thin-wall cast iron, aluminum alloy workpieces, and other small parts. It can remove the rust layer, welding slag, and scale and obtain a uniform metallic luster to improve coating quality and anti-corrosion effect of the steel. It has high cleaning efficiency and can meet the customer’s requirements. The sizes of workpieces determine the number of blasting wheels.

Some technical characteristics of the shot blasting machine
- Wire mesh width: 1000 mm
- Cleaning speed: 0.5-4 m/s
- Blasting power: 11-18.5 kW
- Blasting capacity: 8*180 kg/min
- Dust collector: explosion-proof dust removal 18.5kw
- The number of blast wheels: 8*11kw

Our Advantages
It has a Wire mesh structure. The advanced speed of wire mesh can be frequency-adjusted, with more uniform blasting and a higher cleaning effect. The steel mesh belt has good heat dissipation. It can realize the impact of cleaning high-temperature workpieces. The sizes of workpieces determine the number of blasting wheels, reducing unnecessary energy waste and unnecessary damage to the equipment.
