Customer Requirements
The customer wanted to purchase a machine with a roller conveyor for external shot blasting of straight pipes up to 60 inches in diameter and typically 12 meters in length, including as many prefabricated pipe spools as possible. Therefore, the width of the inlet and outlet should be wider to accommodate the prefabricated spools. The machine should have a maximum of 8 or 10 wheels. Because they need to move the equipment frequently, the shot blasting machine should be strong enough for repeated disassembly, movement, and reassembly.
