Customer Requirements
The client wants to purchase a shot blasting machine for continuously working to descale, blast and preprocess kinds of steel structural works, steel profiles, steel plates, steel girders, steel tubes, steel castings, etc. They hope the cleaned workpiece can present a clean and bright metal surface and improve the coating quality of the workpieces.
They give the specific dimensions of the workpieces:
- The width of the largest workpiece to be cleaned: 1500mm
- The height of the largest workpiece to be cleaned: 500mm
- Maximum workpiece length: 8000mm
- Weight: 460-600kg
- 10 steel sheets per day
In general, they will process high-strength sheet steel 1500х8000mm.
